NORTH WALES — Streetlights around North Wales Borough could get considerably brighter soon, now that the town has signed on to the second round of a regional program to upgrade those lights to new, energy-efficient LED models. “We have 180 existing cobra head fixtures, of which we’re going to upgrade 167 of those.
